STRABAG AG – a subsidiary of STRABAG SE – is the leading construction company in Austria in all segments of the construction industry.
With approximately 10,300 employees an output volume of € 2.0 billion was achieved in the fiscal year 2011. Around 14 % of the total STRABAG output volume was derived from Austria, the domestic market. Around half of the output volume (49 %) can be attributed to the Building Construction & Civil Engineering segment, followed by the Transportation Infrastructures segment with 39 %, and the remaining 9 % can be attributed to the Tunnelling and Services segment.
