IR-Goals

The goal of our Investor Relations is to meet capital market expectations regarding transparency and to provide our shareholders with a correct picture of the company (the true and fair view). We strive for the greatest possible level of professionalism in the servicing of our shareholders and stakeholders. Among other things, we comply with all the rules contained within the Austrian Code of Corporate Governance fully and without exception.

The ongoing tasks of our Investor Relations include:

Regular Reporting

Ongoing provision of information and maintenance of contact with institutional investors through road shows, conference calls and face-to-face meetings

Ongoing provision of information and maintenance of contact with analysts through road shows, conference calls and face-to-face meetings

Responding to questions by and servicing of private investors.

Furthermore, it is the goal of our Investor Relations to not only provide the best possible service to but to also constantly expand our circle of shareholders.
