The Opera Tower, a luxury office building with a connected podium building, and the new landmark of the metropolis on the Main river was erected in the Westend-South district of Frankfurt, directly opposite the Old Opera House. The entry of the tower is characterised by an entrance hall with a height of 20 m. An underground garage with two respectively three underground storeys.

Both the Opera Tower as well as the podium building were provided with a friendly facade design of bright natural stone. According to the architect's plans, the buildings are meant to fit into the historic surroundings and at the same time reflect the character of a modern office ensemble. In total 52,000 m³ of in-situ concrete, reinforced by 9,000 tons of steel, as well as 5,400 m³ of ready-mixed concrete were used for the construction of the tower. Based on the minimal storage and mounting surfaces, the brilliant logistical performance of this major inner-city building site is also worth mentioning.
