Der europäische Baukonzern STRABAG SE begibt eine Unternehmensanleihe im Volumen von € 200 Mio. Die Laufzeit der fix verzinsten Anleihe beträgt sieben Jahre, der Kupon liegt bei 1,625 % p.a.
Die Anleihe mit einer Stückelung von € 500 stößt bei institutionellen Investoren bereits auf großes Interesse und wird von 30.1.2015 bis 3.2.2015 auch privaten Anlegerinnen und Anlegern in Österreich und Deutschland zur Zeichnung angeboten werden (vorzeitiger Zeichnungsschluss vorbehalten). Der Emissionskurs wurde mit 101,212 % festgelegt.
Mit der STRABAG Anleihe 2015 setzt das Unternehmen die langjährige Emissionsstrategie fort. Mit dem Emissionserlös, der für allgemeine Unternehmenszwecke wie etwa die Refinanzierung der 2010 begebenen Anleihe oder Investitionen in Sachanlagevermögen verwendet wird, behält die STRABAG SE ihre optimale Finanzierungsstruktur.
Joint Lead Manager dieser Emission sind Erste Group Bank AG, Raiffeisen Bank International AG und UniCredit Bank Austria AG.
Die internationale Ratingagentur Standard & Poor’s sieht für die STRABAG Anleihe 2015 eine Investmentgrade-Bewertung BBB- vor.

The European construction group STRABAG SE issues a € 200 million corporate bond. The fixed-interest bond has a term to maturity of seven years and a coupon of 1.625 % p.a.
The bond with a face value € 500 has already been met with great interest among institutional investors and will also be offered for subscription to private investors in Austria and Germany from 30 January 2015 to 3 February 2015 (subject to early closing). The issue price has been set at 101.212 %.
The STRABAG Bond 2015 continues the company’s years-long bond issue strategy. The proceeds from the issue, which will be used for general business purposes such as refinancing the 2010 bond or making investments in property, plant and equipment, allows STRABAG SE to maintain its optimal financing structure.

The international ratings agency Standard & Poor’s is planning an investment grade rating of BBB- for the STRABAG Bond 2015.
