Major Holdings Notifications
Provision of the Articles of Association concerning notifications of voting rights: 3 per cent of voting rights to be observed as a threshold!
Pursuant to Section 130 para 1 of the Stock Exchange Act 2018 in conjunction with section 4 para 7 of the Articles of Association of STRABAG SE, in addition to the thresholds specified in Section 130 para 1 of the Stock Exchange Act 2018 the threshold of 3 per cent of voting rights also constitutes a threshold for notification obligations of persons regarding significant shareholdings in STRABAG SE.
Accordingly, Section 4 para 7 of the Articles of Association of STRABAG SE is hereby published:
§ 4 Share Capital and Shares

(7) The additional threshold of 3% pursuant to Section 130 para 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act 2018 (Börsegesetz 2018) shall apply. Accordingly, a voting rights interest of 3% shall also constitute an additional threshold for notification obligations relating to voting rights interests in the Company.
